Apartment 3

The prices are per day and per apartment for an occupancy of 2 persons. The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

For stays of 3 nights or less, a surcharge of 20.00 euros per apartment per night will be charged.

Included in the price are: Final cleaning of the apartment, bed linen and bath towels, towels, hairdryer, all dishes, dish towels, satellite TV, safe, electricity, heating, Internet Wi-Fi.

Children up to 3 years stay for free. From 3 years on, we charge an extra fee of 20,- euros per child. 

Extra: Local tax: A municipal residence tax of 2.70€ per person per night is charged for all persons aged 14 and over, which is not included in the price of the stay.

Included in the price are:

• Final cleaning of the apartment
• Complete bed linen and bath towels as well as towels
• All dishes and dish towels
• Hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, electricity, heating, Internet Wi-Fi
• Sled rental
• Ski storage room
• Lounge and playroom
• Laundry and ironing room
• Hire of hiking poles and hiking backback
• Of course, you are also welcome to visit our stable with your children during feeding time (around 6 PM) and watch the milking of cows or feeding of calves.

Available on request and for an additional charge:

• Breakfast basket with farm-owned and regional products
• Breakfast at the nearby inn Kahnwirt
• Dinner at the nearby inn Kahnwirt

Booking confirmation and deposit
To make your booking binding for us, we ask you to transfer a deposit to our bank account. We will inform you of the required amount by e-mail.

Means of payment
We accept cash, bank transfer, Maestro (ATM), Visa or Master Card

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival we retain the deposit (20% of the total rental price)
Up to 7 days before arrival, 60% of the total rental amount will be charged.
In the last week before the day of arrival, 80% of the total rental amount will be charged.
If you cancel on the planned day of arrival, we will charge the total rental amount.

When do I check in and out?
Your holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your flat by 09:30 for a thorough clean.

Baby equipment
We are happy to prepare a cot, table seat, stair gate and changing mat for our younger guests on request.

Pets
are not allowed in our house
